Double Metal Chip Wringer

Continuous flow metal chip wringers provide optimal extraction of residual coolants and oils. Inside the chip spinner, centrifugal force separates coolant from metal chips.

Incorporating a centrifuge into a chip processing system aids in reuse and recycling of scrap metal, coolant, and other cutting fluids. Jorgensen and SFH wringers excel as low-maintenance solutions in continuous use applications. Options such as automatic cleaning, via a compressed air system, further reduce maintenance.

Double chip wringers reduce moisture and reclaim coolant/oil with materials such as aluminum, magnesium, copper, brass, steel and other metals. Additionally, this product can be combined with Jorgensen and SFH’s other chip processing equipment to provide a complete chip handling system.

Jorgensen offers two double chip wringer options. The ESD500 handles up to 660 lb/hr., and the ESD1000 handles up to 1653 lb/hr. Both models dry chips to a moisture content of 2% or less.
