Dear Jorgensen Customers, Suppliers and Partners,

While the world seems a bit upside down in the current challenging times we are all navigating together, Jorgensen Conveyors remains open for business and is committed and fully capable to support any and all of our customer’s needs.

All of us are very aware of the significant challenges everyone is facing both at home and at our places of work due to the Coronavirus outbreak.  The situation is very fluid and can change
each day – thus presenting us all with many challenges.

But please know that, as our valued customer, we remain open to serve you and our plan is to be fully functional in all areas of our business to meet ANY of your ongoing needs!

We have put specific and clearly stated policies and guidelines relative to COVID-19 in place in our workplace per the CDC and other related authorities for the well-being of our employee team members.  This was and continues to be Job #1 for us.

Some of Jorgensen’s employees may be working from home rather than in our facilities.  However, as always, they will be readily available via their phone or email.  They will also be picking up messages regularly from their desk phones so that they may promptly reply to your calls.

• Our QA Manager and supporting field service staff remain available to troubleshoot and address any in-service equipment issues.
• Our parts department is fully staffed to quote and process any of your aftermarket product needs to get what you what you need fast!
• Our North American sales representative network, along with our factory Proposals and Sales Management team stand ready to respond to your needs for any conveyor,
  filtration or chip processing project you may have.  We welcome your phone or email inquiries and requests for quotation.
• Technical Product Manuals may be directly downloaded from our website, but if you would want to speak directly to us or email us, we are ready to reply promptly.
