UVS EcoLogic® Conveyor Control provides “The Ultimate” in efficient conveyor operation. Patented Jam Manager® Pre-Programming automatically reverses to clear minor conveyor jams on its own and constantly monitors the load. It has variable speeds to meet conveyor load demand. Increased productivity, reduced coolant carry out and extended conveyor duty life are benefits of this patented control functionality.

The UVS EcoLogic® Conveyor Control is custom fabricated with these variables:

• NEMA 4X/1P-65 aluminum watertight enclosure
• Reverse cycle time 0 – 999 seconds
• Up to 9 reversing cycles
• Overload current setting up to full load amps of the motor
• Up to 9.9 seconds start – up power surge allowance
• Adjustable “clear cycle” re – set up to 9.999 seconds
• Power loss memory back-up for program protection
• Can be interfaced with machine tool control
• Manual reverse override
• Retrofittable to conveyor with standard duty motor
• Easy operator interface with four function keys
